Spokane County
Most of our work sits within twenty minutes of the showroom. Older housing stock on this side of the county means the prep work varies a lot house to house, which is why we look before we quote.
Spokane Valley
Home base. Mostly post-war ranches and newer builds with plywood subfloors, so the usual question is flatness rather than structure, especially under large format tile.
Spokane
South Hill, Browne's Addition, and the North Side. Plenty of pre-1940 homes here with plank subfloors that need underlayment before tile goes anywhere near them.
Liberty Lake
Newer construction, straightforward substrates. Main thing we watch is slab moisture in homes built within the last couple of years.
Mead & Deer Park
Mix of acreage properties and newer subdivisions. Worth grouping a bathroom and a floor into one trip if you're planning both.
Cheney & Medical Lake
Rentals and family homes, often on a tighter timeline. We can usually work around a tenant turnover window if you give us the dates up front.
Airway Heights & Nine Mile Falls
Growing fast on this side. Newer builds mostly, with the occasional older place that needs real subfloor work first.
North Idaho
Same crews, same response time, same showroom. The state line doesn't change how we schedule.
Post Falls
Steady mix of newer subdivisions and older places off Seltice. Close enough that scheduling works the same as anywhere in the Valley.
Coeur d'Alene
Lake-area remodels and downtown homes. A lot of the work here is bathrooms and kitchens in properties that get seasonal use, so timing around the season matters.
Hayden
Mostly newer construction and larger lots. Full floor jobs are common out here rather than single rooms.
Rathdrum
Newer builds on the prairie. Slab moisture is the thing to check before anything gets bonded down.
The showroom is the easy part
Wherever you are in the area, the process starts the same way. Come look at real materials on E Sprague, or send photos and measurements and we'll work from those.
Samples online never match the actual plank or slab, and that gap is worse with natural stone and hardwood than anything else.
